The autumn events programme at Gosforth enoteca Carruthers & Kent is packed with experts and great wines from around the world.
The wine harvest (La Vendimia) is passionately celebrated across Spain and Steve Day will be in Newcastle on September 25 to discuss eight of his favourite Spanish wines. There’ll also be Spanish food and music. The event starts at 7pm and tickets are £30 each.
Steve will be back on Wednesday October 15 for a How to Taste Wine Like a Professional event, which will showcase eight wines. The event will start at 7pm and tickets are £30 each.
Continuing the Spanish theme, James Scrimgeour will be discussing wines from Spain’s Bodegas Verum Ulterior range along with Patagonian wines from the same winery on Wednesday October 22. Tickets are £30 each.
