Christmas honey-roast nuts Print Ingredients 2 tbsp honey 2 tbsp olive oil 2 tsp salt 1 tsp cayenne pepper 200g unsalted cashews 200g blanched almonds Method Preheat oven to 180C/Gas 4. Mix honey, oil, salt and cayenne in a bowl, add the nuts and toss to coat. Line a baking tray with parchment and spread the nuts across. Bake for 15 mins or until golden. Leave to cool.
