Bold flavours feature across the menus – which include an exciting five-course New Year’s Eve gala dinner – with pot braised pheasant and pumpkin and sage ravioli starring alongside marinated monkfish.
Afternoon tea has been given a festive feel too, and can be paired with a glass of Champagne or Noveltea tea to pave the way for this year’s celebrations.
