Bonfire baked sweet potatoes
 
 
Serves: 4
Ingredients
  • 4 medium sweet potatoes
  • olive oil & salt
Method
  1. Clean and thoroughly dry potatoes. Rub in olive oil and salt, wrap in tin foil and place in the bottom of the bonfire. Leave for 45-55 mins. Remove and serve with sour cream, feta cheese or chorizo.
