Kale crisps
 
 
Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
  • 200g kale
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • fresh ground sea salt
Method
  1. Preheat oven to 200C/Gas 5.
  2. Trim and discard hard stalks from kale and tear leaves into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Wash leaves and dry thoroughly in a salad spinner.
  4. Place leaves on two lightly oiled baking trays, rub olive oil between your hands and massage the leaves gently, coating lightly with the oil.
  5. Grind salt over and bake for 10-15 mins until crisp.
