Coffee ice cream
- 400ml condensed milk
- 600ml double cream
- 2 tsp instant espresso powder
- Put the milk, cream and espresso powder in a bowl and whisk until thick and stiff.
- Pour into a freezer tub and freeze 3 hours minimum.
- Serve sprinkled with chopped nuts or chocolate coffee beans and mint leaves.
