Raspberry spritz

- 20 raspberries
- 80ml water
- 2 tsp caster sugar
- 4 mint leaves
- 100ml white vermouth
- 150ml prosecco
- 50ml soda water
- raspberries and mint to garnish
- Mash raspberries, water, sugar and mint in a cocktail shaker.
- Put ice cubes and a few raspberries in large wine glasses and pour mixture over through a sieve.
- Add the alcohol top with soda and stir.
