  • ground cumin
  • garlic
  • sherry vinegar
  • salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
Method
  1. This delicious Canadian sauce is fantastic with meat or fish. The quantities you use are up to you - it’s all done on feel and taste, so add to it as you go to find your preference. Place all the ingredients in a food processor, blitz, and season to taste.
