Combine all the pudding ingredients. Place into a mould and wrap with cling film. Steam for 4 hours.
For the ice cream, boil the cream and milk. Mix the sugar and egg yolk. Add sugar and egg yolk mix to the cream and heat to 82C. Add the rest of the ingredients. Churn in an ice cream maker (time depending on
your machine).
