Green tea ice cream
- 300ml whipping cream
- 4 tbsp condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 tsp green tea powder (matcha)
- Mix 2 tsp green tea powder with 3 tbsp hot water and leave to cool.
- Whip the cream until stiff peaks appear.
- Mix the tea mixture with the condensed milk and vanilla extract and fold into the whipped cream.
- Freeze 3 hours.
- Serve with a sprinkle of Digestive biscuit crumbs.
