Green tea ice cream
- 300ml whipping cream
- 4 tbsp condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 tsp green tea powder (matcha)
- Mix 2 tsp green tea powder (matcha) with 3 tbsp hot water and leave to cool. Whip the cream until stiff peaks appear. Mix the tea mixture with the condensed milk and vanilla extract and fold into the whipped cream. Freeze for 3 hours before serving.
